And why in the world - at my age (which I am not disclosing) - do I still get zits!!!!!!!!!!!!! What was it...Tuesday or Wednesday I woke up and blam there was a zit down by my chin. Wonderful - pop it and put some Adult Clearasil on it to dry it up. Woke up yesterday and blam, blam there was a second zit by the first one - what in the world?! More Adult Clearasil (skin colored formula of course) to dry both of them up. Today they seem to be drying up - thank goodness.
Tomorrow is going to be a fun day. In the morning I will go to my Creative Memory consultant's Holiday Open House to see what's new and talk digital scrapbooking! Peg is an awesome lady. Many, many years ago, somehow I found out there was a Creative Memory scrapbook "thing" going on at the 7 Flags Event Center. Mike went with me - he actually liked stuff like this. What it was, was a huge CM scrapbooking day/workshop where several consultants rented 7 Flags and then their customers rented table space to all get together to scrapbook all day long. Mike and I didn't know that so we wandered around - obviously lost - but checking things out. Peg was the ONLY person to come up to us - and we had been wandering for at least 30 minutes. Peg took time to explain CM and show us different products. I took her card and told Mike that if I ever got involved with CM - Peg would be my consultant. I didn't care that she lived in Johnston and I lived in WDM - Peg was the only person to talk to us and she would get my business.
Then tomorrow night the church I attend along with our parent church and sister church is having a women's Christmas meal and fellowship time called Rejoice. I'm really looking forward to that! I'm going to drive to Lynn's house so we can carpool - and of course talk. And then spend an evening with a bunch of great gals.
Update on the bathroom situation - nothing has changed. Oh wait....the board that was smushy and "bigger" or higher than the board next to it has shrunk down to normal size at least. Maybe if I wait long enough, miraculously, a matching piece of the peel-n-stick tile will appear on the floor........not.
This is the entrance to Silver Dollar City - and the three photos following were taken of the entrance area waiting for the tram to take us to our parking lot.
After turning off the highway for Big Cedar, you drive a little ways and this is the official entrance to the property.
This is your view after driving through the entrance - beautiful!
