No Christmas cards today in the mail but I did have a box waiting for me on the front step. On a side note I had put in the delivery instructions that "if no one is home to put the box inside on the enclosed front porch", oh well at least it hadn't rained or snowed a lot to make everything wet inside the box. It was some WF stuff I had ordered - a cheap t-shirt, sweatshirt, mug (to take to work to make hot chocolate on cold mornings) and Lightning. Lightning confirms the fact that Mike and I collect (collected) stuff. Ask Pastor Daggs - he about drooled on the Chicago Bulls shrine we have. Anyway.....periodically WF has stuffed horses you can purchase and the horses are named after actual WF Pony Express horses. Lightning is to commemorate the first WF Pony Express horse - so of course I had to buy him. He will join Mollie and Al....evidently prior to Lightning they have offered 12 horses for sale. I'm missing 10 of them to have a complete set......hmmmmm.
Christmas tree at the Grand Palace.
Christmas tree in the square at Silver Dollar City - at night it becomes musical and lights up to the music.
The observation tower at Shepherd of the Hills - this picture doesn't do it justice.
Some of the lights around Big Cedar's property.
Downtown Branson with some snowflakes falling.
The famous Dick's 5 & 10 in downtown Branson. It's an adventure all on its own to go into this place - you name it - you'll probably find it in there.
Another 12 Days of Christmas display - hens a laying.
